At Menavora, we take pride in creating personalized photo products with care and precision. Because our items are custom-made, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.menavora@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect image uploads, or customer-provided design errors. We strongly recommend reviewing your images and order details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned before issuing a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
