At Menavora, every product is custom-made with care to ensure the highest quality. Because our items are personalized, please allow time for both processing and shipping.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checking, and packaging your custom photo magnets. During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time:
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Menavora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Issues:
